Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai

The Chief Compliance Officer role, based in Mumbai/Bengaluru involves ensuring that the organization operates legally, ethically, and effectively, minimizing risk and enhancing the organization’s reputation and trust among stakeholders. This includes responsibility for regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, investor protection, and operational integrity. It also includes providing advice and guidance to management / Board of Directors on upcoming regulations and best practices to be adapted proactively.

Location: Bengaluru

The Senior Manager (Operations) role envisages handling the finance and accounts function of the firm which includes statutory compliance, timely and accurate accounting/book-keeping, coordinating with auditors, and providing critical MIS to senior management. The candidate is required to follow the policies and also suggest control and other processes to further strengthen the function.

Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai

The Assistant Manager / Manager – Compliance role, based out of Mumbai or Bengaluru, involves being updated on all compliance-related requirements. The role is responsible for SEBI Compliance and any other Compliance including IT/Cyber Security.

The Operations Executive/Sr. Operations Executive role, based in Bengaluru, envisages handling the finance and accounts function of the firm which includes statutory compliance, timely and accurate accounting/book-keeping, managing vendor payments, receipts and cash flows, coordinating with auditors and providing critical MIS to senior management. The candidate is required to follow the policies and also suggest control and other processes to further strengthen the function.

Location: Mumbai

The Senior Research Analyst role, based in Mumbai, involves maintaining high-quality research on companies, supporting Portfolio Managers, creating and updating financial models, and presenting new investment ideas. Key skills include financial statement analysis, strong analytical and communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel.

Location: Bengaluru

The Client Experience and Business Development role, based in Bengaluru or Mumbai, focuses on building and nurturing long-term client relationships, representing the company’s investment philosophy, and ensuring compliance. Key skills include client orientation, excellent communication, and understanding of financial markets.
